Your team gets direct access to Cadence for device troubleshooting, user onboarding and offboarding, software support, and day-to-day IT questions, all handled by the same people who manage your security.

Standard and Basic tiers, built for your org

Standard users get full helpdesk support for all IT needs. Basic users get support for common tasks like password resets, connectivity issues, and software questions. We work with you to assign the right tier to each user based on their role and typical needs.

Every new hire needs accounts set up, devices configured, and access granted. Every departure needs accounts disabled and data secured, fast. We handle both ends of the employee lifecycle so nothing falls through the cracks.
